Normal

Normal runs on a calendar, and cleaning here follows it. Around lease turnover we do a heavy volume of move-out cleans judged against landlord checklists, inside every cabinet and appliance, into the corners the furniture was hiding.

Away from the rental market, Uptown and the neighborhoods around it are full of long-term family homes that mostly want a standing visit. We keep the same crew on those so nobody has to re-explain the house each time.

Offices, clinics, and small commercial spaces around Normal get before-hours or after-hours service, on a per-area frequency that keeps the bill sensible.
